Dance! Dance! Dance!

Last weekend the girls had their first dance competition. Audrey and Meagan dance in the same class. They danced to Better in Time and Hit me with a Hot Note. They placed 1st in one dance and 3rd in the other. Nora danced to Jungle Animal Jamboree and Rainbow Connection, her group placed 2nd and 3rd. I am so proud of how hard they worked on their dances. I am looking forward to their nexr competition the first week-end in April. I didn't get a picture of Audrey and Meagan in their costume so you will have to check back for those after the next one.

Artisan Bread

I made artisan bread yesterday so that we could have paninis for dinner. I grilled some chicken breast and onions. Made bacon and had some salami, avocado, and tomatoes and cheese. Then everyone made up their own panini. We also had a dessert panini made with nutella and bananas. they were delicious. After we ate E said that I could go ahead and make another loaf if I wanted to. It is a really easy bread to make it just takes a long time. It has to sit for 12 hours before you cook it. This bread does not last long at our house. My dad even told me that he needs to get the recipe before he goes home.

Easter Table

I have started doing a table by my door for different seasons. I usually have a decorative plate on it and a wreath and then just odd and ends of things I like for that season. I just put up my Easter table and am really excited about it. I made the bunny blocks by myself. I bought the stuff over a year ago and just made them last week. I am really proud of the way they turned out. I want to put a face on the bunny but haven't gotten around to it yet.
